I was doing X-Files style investigations, with strange events happening that required specialists in the occult. 42 people had disappeared over the course of decades in a small town, and nobody knew where the bodies were. We scanned the area and found some kind of strange crypt, filled with gelatinous tentacular enemies. Further down, there was a huge room gridded with very shallow basins: each of them contained some kind of sticky, gelatinous mass, and we found out that they were the remains of the victims through small plaques in front of each of them containing the name of the person. While all this was happening, we were knee-deep in a sticky, slightly blue liquid, which oozed out of toothless, fleshy mouth (similar to the kind in tentacle porn) present every few meters. We discovered that the more we stayed in that liquid, the more our body transformed into that gooey jellyfish/marine creature thing... We were four or five people from my uni class (can't remember exactly): me, an ultra-acrobatic but slighly petite girl, another guy that was careful and didn't let himself get infected, and finally a shy, blonde girl who stayed too long in the basin. We decided to flee, but it was difficult to move since our legs were already partially transformed and couldn't handle our weight. I could still walk, the acrobatic girl did elegant spin jumps in order to move, but the blonde girl couldn't take a single step anymore. After a bit of back-and-forth arguing, we decided to leave her in the basin as she screamed.

We left and enacted a plan to destroy the crypt with bombs. Anzio's class from Girls und Panzer was sent in order to scout out the place, and at the entrance of the crypt, they met with the blonde girl from earlier, which had transformed entirely into a creature similar to the klaxosaur princess from DitF. Then, a Saya no Uta scenario unfolded itself: the crypt explosed by itself, liberating the tentacle's "spores" throughout the entire world, which would infect every kind of fauna and flora. Under the exploded crypt was a bunker-style school, where Anchovy brought everyone, then I recall a few scenes where the members of the Sensha-Do team arranged bunk beds, counted how many cans of food were left, but everyone seemed sad, as if they knew that everything was useless. I can't really remember the final transition, but nuclear war happened, and as I wondered where the US or China would launch the first strike, I woke up.

One strange thing too was that, while I was still in that half-awake half-asleep state, the dream was quickly fading away from my memory, but I then imagined myself searching through my memory in a cliché CGI style and, suddenly, every detail came back to me. I don't know where the tentacles part came from, but the bunker + nuclear war thing was probably influenced by me reading Metro 2033 the past week.

Je résolvais des enquêtes type X-Files et il y avait une enquête en particulier où c'était une liste de 42 gens qui avaient disparus, emportés par quelque chose mais on savait pas quoi. Du coup on a enquêté et on a trouvé une sorte de crypte bizarre avec des ennemis gluants tentaculaires et un bassin où reposait les restes de toutes les victimes qui étaient encore "vivantes" mais ne ressemblaient plus à des humains mais à des masses gélatineuses (il y avait des plaques pour les noms dans des sortes de petits bassins ouverts par le haut et des bouches fleshy qui libéraient un liquide gluant en permanence). Et en fait plus on restait dans le bassin, plus on se faisait infecter et notre corps se transformait en créature marine... on était des gens de notre classe je pense, moi, une fille ultra-acrobatique, un autre mec qui avait fait attention et ne s'est pas laissé infecter, et une dernière fille blonde qui est restée trop longtemps dans le bassin. On a décidé de prendre la fuite, mais il était difficile de bouger vu que certains de nos membres s'étaient transformés. J'arrivais encore à marcher, la fille acrobatique faisait des pirouettes (spin jump) en permanence pour se déplacer et le faisait de manière grâcieuse, mais on a dû laisser la fille blonde dans le bassin avec des cris déchirants.

Du coup on est partis et on a décidé de faire exploser la crypte à l'aide de bombes. On a envoyé la classe d'Anzio dans Girls Und Panzer en éclaireur, et à l'entrée de la crypte, ils ont rencontré la fille blonde de tout à l'heure, qui s'était transformée en créature type princess Klaxosaur dans FranXX. Un scénario à la Saya no Uta s'est alors déclenché : la crypte a explosée d'elle-même, libérant dans l'atmosphère toutes les "spores" des tentacules, ce qui allait transformer la faune et la flore du monde entier. Sous la crypte explosée se trouvait une école en style bunker, où Anchovy a emmené tout le monde, puis je me rappelle de quelques scènes où les membres de l'équipe de Sensha-Do arrangaient des lits, comptaient la nourriture, mais tout le monde avait l'air triste, comme s'ils savaient que tout cela était inutile.

Je ne me rappelle pas vraiment de la transition finale, mais il y a ensuite eu la guerre nucléaire, et alors que je me demandais qui des États-Unis ou de la Chine lancerait le premier assaut, je me suis réveillé.
