Something was supposed to be written here, but my laptop battery died while editing. Those thoughts are now lost to the wind.

Today's tune: Cornelius - Another View Point. I'm personally a much bigger fan of Point as an album than Fantasma, although the latter is more famous as a cult classic. The production in Point feels less haphazard by discarding the shibuya-kei cut-and-paste chamber pop aesthetic, but keeping the spatial production that leads to headphone eargasm regardless. With its incredibly tight bassline and drum machine-like instrumental rhythmics, Another View Point quickly became my favorite track on the album. (I can't resist those background ah~'s either...)

A remaster of the album came out in 2019, which I highly recommend!
