It seems I'm better at getting myself started on something if I try and formulate it as an addition to my routine. Ad-hoc efforts to try and do something "when I remember to" lead to those efforts going down the memory sink after one or two sessions.

I will work on that intro to proofs tomorrow. And catch up on my stats project. Otherwise, I won't have the time to do the urgent things satisfactorily when their turn shall come.

Today's tune: Susumu Yokota - Pony Tail. Sampled breaks, a steady percussion line, a catchy guitar motif -- and some of that ambient goodness that only Yokota knew how to juggle with.
